Our mentor, Ms.  Maryann, started Lil' Angels Christian Preschool over 30 years ago with one class of 5 children. Her dream was to create a thriving Christian preschool, ensuring open communication and bridging the gap between home and school. During her tenure as Director, she developed a close relationship with MCIU and Theraplay to ensure that each child can reach their full potential.

 Our vision is to continue her legacy.

Deirdre, Co-Director, has been the Office Administrator for both Olivet Schwenkfelder UCC and Lil' Angels Preschool for over 29 years.  Deirdre's door is always open! She may be the face you see or voice you hear first thing in the morning

and again at afternoon dismissal.

Together with and her husband Pat, she has 2 adult children: Hilary, a teacher and Cullen, a police officer. Both of whom have also spent much of  their youth at our preschool.

Stacey, Co-Director, is one of our veteran teachers, having had both her children attend Lil' Angels. Starting here as a teacher's aide while completing her Education degree, Stacey is the Lead teacher in the Pre-Kindergarten class. She has been at Lil' Angels for over 25 years and  brings her patience,

creativity and love for all God's children to each class. 

She is mom to Alyssa and Ryan and

 Mommom to 3 grandchildren.

Patty has been an integral part of Lil' Angels and shares her love of learning with the children entrusted to us. Patty has been a constant presence in many of our classes as teacher's aide since 2014. Patty is now a Lead teacher in the Three Year Old Class and an

aide in the Pre-Kindergarten class. She also the welcoming face you may see early in the morning for our Breakfast Program.

Patty and her husband, Denny have 2 adult children, Jennifer and Denny Jr. 

Susie joined the Lil' Angels family as a preschool parent.

Years later, Susie has added the role of Lead teacher in our Pre-K Program to her busy schedule. Susie brings tireless

patience, enthusiasm and love for science and

emergent learning to her students. 

Susie and Jason have 4 children, junior high school to

college age: Ryan, JJ, Alexandra, and Emma.

Katie, Lead teacher in our Three Year Old Class, started as a an aide in our Two Year Old Program. Katie had been involved with the preschool as a parent well before her employment with us 2018. She is warm and nurturing to our littlest angels. Ready with a story, a hug or boo boo kiss, Katie goes above and beyond

 as a Lead in our three year old class.  

Katie and her husband, Eric have two elementary school children, Alex and Erin.

Kelly  joined the Lil' Angels family as a aide in the Three Year Old Program in 2021. Her creativity and love of art and crafting has made her the resource for many of our class

 projects and hallway designs. 

Kelly and her husband Brad are parents of

 Bea, an elementary school student.

Brittany too joined the Lil' Angels family as a preschool parent.

A few years later, she signed on as an aide in the Two Year Old Program. She had now added Lead teacher in our Two Year Old program to her busy schedule. Brittany brings tireless

patience, enthusiasm and love for culinary arts.

Brittany and Mike have 3 elementary to junior high aged children: Harbyn, Savannah Grace and Bryce.

Jackie joined us this year as an aide in the Two Year Old and Three Year Old Programs. She is warm and nurturing to our littlest angels.

 Ready to help engineer a train track, read a story, or give a hug, her enthusiasm is contagious.  

Jackie and her husband, Mark have three children: Ava, Savannah and Hunter, junior high through high school ages.

Like many of our teachers, Tina started at Lil' Angels as a parent. She now in her is second year as an aide in the 

Two Year Old Program. 

She and her husband Cesar are parents of Luci,

an elementary student and Enzo, one of our Lil Angels.
